    The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. In this process MeTour is not responsible.
  • What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
    When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.
  • How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?
    By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". The pre-authorization block, depending on the situation, will be maintained according to the policies and terms and conditions of what has been booked.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    Easy, enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can modify or cancel your booking. Remember that changing dates or canceling with a refund request depends on the rate you chose when booking.
  • Can I transfer my reservation to another person?
    For this request, contact the property directly which may have a specific policy in this regard or may need further data on the person to whom you want to transfer the booking.
  • How can I get help with my booking?
    Enter the customer area with your credentials and from there you can contact us or by writing through our contact form specifying your booking number and the reason for the contact request. We recommend that you also leave a telephone number where you can be reached in case of need.
  • Are there taxes, local charges or extras to be paid directly on site?

Great Experience
Ms Pretty's service at Colony - Raintree is much appreciated. Went for a solo dinner-buffet. Got to taste a variety of food. The food served were vegetarian and non-vegetarian, starters, soups and desserts. Was worth the money spent . Thank you Ms Pretty!

Excellent meeting venue
We had our school reunion at Raintree. The arrangements at the hotel were excellent. The meeting room was just right for the size of the gathering (about 30 people). The meeting room itself was well appointed, clean etc. The food & service was to our entire satisfaction. The staff were courteous and the banquet manager Sheetal was professional and attended to our every query & request promptly and fully.

The Raintree, St Marys Rd
We went for a Sunday special lunch. The fare was sumptuous and quite different and had exciting options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The dessert was wonderful! Great ambience and great service.

Only suggestion is that it would be nice if each subsequent course was served after the previous was finished, rather than placing dishes around the one that was in the process of being consumed. We did request that eventually and got served the way we wanted. :)

Excellent hotel, centrally located in Chennai and very helpful accommodating staff and policies. This is my favorite hotel in Chennai and would recommend it 100% to any business traveler or family. Magnifique restaurant

Absolut empfehlenswert, sehr sauber und mega lecker
Ein richtig gutes restaurant. Bin jetzt zum 7 mal hier und immer 100% zufrieden. Das essen ist absolute referenz. Meistens bekommt man sehr spotan noch eine Tisch, reservieren lohnt sich aber, das man einen Tisch mit top aussicht bekommt. Werde die nächsten wochen noch oft hier sein

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, das trotz des hohen Standards ein familiäres Gefühl vermittelt.
Uma von der Rezeption und Ashton, der Mann für alle Fälle sind Mitarbeiter, die sich jedes Hotel nur wünschen kann.
Einzig eine Ablage für die, reichlich vorhandenen Facilitys in der Dusche haben wir vermisst.

Ausserordentlich modernes, sauberes stilvolles Hotel. Das Lunch Buffet war umwerfend! Wunderschön angerichtet mit einem umwerfenden Dessert Buffet!

Stanze impeccabili, pulite e ben mantenute. Servizio adeguato (rarità in India). Cibo al ristorante buono e con porzioni molto abbondanti (ma anche molto caro). Buffet e colazione variati e di qualità.

Un hotel tranquilo
Estoy en este momento en el hotel es muy tranquilo el personal muy servicial la comida buffet con muy buena presencia y buena la piscina pequeña y sin sombra la situación del hotel muy buena y ya os contaré como termina mi experiencia me quedan cinco días mas

Buen hotel
Estuvimos cinco dias y fue un acierto.
Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas.
La piscina en la terraza superior muy agradable y el restaurante tambien.
Fue una estancia muy agradable
Buen desayuno. La comida correcta

Muy básico pero habitaciones y restaurante OK
UN hotel cómodo en el centro de Chennai pero muy básico y pequeño. Las habitaciones no estan mal y el servicio es bueno -como eb casi todos los sitios en India- No esta mal pero no destaca en localización o instalaciones.

Buen hotel
Hotel de 5 estrellas a precio razonable. Buen situado, trato excelente. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. El único "pero" es q la habitación huele a humedad. Agradable piscina en la terraza, de buen tamaño. Desayuno muy rico. Recomendable.

Visita a chennai
Este hotel me ha gustado mucho , la habitación es grande y espaciosa y tiene una cama xxl con un buen colchón , la habitación está muy limpia y tiene un cuarto de baño con una buena ducha . El desayuno es excelente tipo bufé y hay comida europea china y por supuesto india q es la más rica . En la azotea presenta una piscina al aire libre y también se encuentra el restaurante . pasaremos tres días y lo recomiendo calidad precio buena 40 persona noche.
